How to Get Started

Take a look at the information about me on my website and on profiles like Psychology Today to learn my specialties and approach. Feel free to contact me directly. I’m always happy to hear from people and help you start the therapy process.

2. Schedule an appointment
Choose your preferred date/time from the online scheduling portal, it’s quick and easy.

3. Complete intake paperwork
We’ll send you an email confirmation within hours of scheduling with a link to complete the intake forms online.

4. Meet your therapist
Attend your first session with your therapist either via video, phone, or in-person, and start on your path to feeling better!
